Coltibuono Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from the fruit of various olive trees, the predominant types being Frantoio, Pendolino and Leccino. The olives, harvesred earyl in the season, are handpicked directly from the tree. Early harvesting and handpicking help produce an oil richer in vitamins and nutrients and with low acid levels.
