Coltibuono Extra Virgin Olive oil is made from the fruit of various olive trees. The predominant types are Frantoio, Pendolino and Leccino olives. The olives, harvested early in the season, are handpicked directly from the tree. Early harvesting and handpicking help produce an oil richer in vitamins and nutrients and with low acid levels.
