This extraordinarily rich, full-flavored artisan oil is produced in very limited quantities from the highest groves on the Coltibuono estate. Hand-made from early harvest olives which are pressed immediately - yielding a distinct peppery aftertaste and vibrant green color. A low peroxide content deters rancidity and is associated with high vitamin E, A and K content. To be savored alone or on bread, or as a drizzle on to soups, pasta, salads and beans.
