This Certified Extra Virgin Olive Oil is !00% Arbequina varietal olives; delicate, fruity/sweet with a clean, bright deep golden color. It's slightly almond taste is directly attributable to the local practice of planting almond trees among the olive trees, a traditional deterrent to insect infestation in northern Spain. Its recommended uses are salads, soups, pasta, on cooked vegetables or fish and most hot dishes.
