Villa Manodori Tradizionale Balsamic of Modena is Extra Vecchio (extra old) Gold Sealand is submitted to the Consortium of Modena only after aging at least 25 years. Each bottle is packaged in Consortium glass and box, with recipe booklet and carries both the Consortium seal of quality and the striking Villa Manodori logo. A few drops will a wonderful flavor to fresh cut strawberries , salads, cooked vegetables and even a few drops on grilled steaks.
