Produced from choice Palomino Fino grapes in the centuries-old traditional method, L' Estornell is aged in solera of 24 oak casks. Pungent, intense and concentrated favor achieved only in genuine sherry vinegar from Jerez de la Frontera. Excellent complement to L' Estornell Extra Virgin Olive Oil. This Vinegar has 7% acidity.
